Joe Buser Joe Buser is the sales manager for Traveling Coaches. He has been with the company since 2000 and has worked with hundreds of law firms and corporate legal departments, crafting unique solutions to their educational and application integration requirements. Joe is a regular presenter at local, regional and national events for ILTA and ALA, speaking on topics ranging from continuing education to project management. Prior to joining Traveling Coaches, he was a senior consultant for The Sabre Group, managing airline IT projects for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Joe has a BBA from Texas A&M University and 20 years of information technology experience. Besides his work, Joe is passionate about music, food and wine and loves to travel.
Jarrod Kastanek Jarrod has over nine years of experience in sales and marketing working as a
director of account services and new business development. He joined the
Traveling Coaches Account Management team in 2006 and is enthusiastic about
educating law firms on ways to incorporate training and software to meet their
document production needs. Prior to joining Traveling Coaches, Jarrod was
Director of Account Service for a successful Dallas-based advertising agency,
where he developed new business and managed a team that produced marketing,
promotions and brand building collateral. Jarrod has a BBA from Kansas State
University with a major in marketing and a minor in economics. In his free
time, Jarrod enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching
sports as much as he can. If he has a chance to leave Dallas, you will find him
lounging somewhere on a beach with a good book in one hand and an iPod in the
other.
Brie Stampe Formerly a trainer for an international law firm, Brie Stampe joined the Traveling Coaches family in 2004. Brie regularly consults with firms on university-style learning and assessment programs, technology upgrades and deployments, and firm-wide training projects. An enthusiastic presenter, Brie enjoys sharing her experiences with the ILTA community and spreading her passion for enhancing the technology user’s experience. Brie has an M.B.A. in International Management and loves being a “Traveling” Coach. When she’s not “talking training” Brie can be found kickboxing or singing karaoke (and sometimes doing both at once)!
Scott Underwood
Scott Underwood joined Traveling Coaches in 2007. Based in New York, he has
years of experience providing technology solutions to AMLAW 200 firms. Scott is
an expert in the design and delivery of document production solutions for law
firms. He is also a vital resource for firms that wish to improve the quality of
their educational services. Prior to Traveling Coaches, Scott worked for
Interwoven, Workshare Technology and MDY to deliver content management systems,
document integrity solutions and records management systems. Outside of his
career pursuits, Scott is an avid reader who also finds plenty of time to follow
his hometown sports teams. He and his wife enjoy travel and spending time with
family and friends.
Karen Young Karen Young has been working in the information technology industry for the past six years as a trainer and education consultant. She joined the Traveling Coaches’ Account Management team in 2005 and truly enjoys working with law firms to meet their technology goals. Karen regularly consults with law firms on establishing and maintaining a successful university-style training program and new technology upgrades and rollouts. Karen's energy and enthusiasm for understanding her clients' unique needs consistently results in well-designed, customized technology solutions and lasting relationships with satisfied customers. After hours, you can find Karen running, playing tennis or planning her next trip to Mexico!
