Gratitude
A holiday message from Gina Buser, CEO
As we approach this holiday season and reflect on a very trying year, we feel a deep sense of gratitude. We are grateful to have such wonderful clients, vendor partners and co-workers. We express a special thank you to the dozens of clients who partnered with Traveling Coaches on technology initiatives this year. We are also thankful for the opportunities to give back to those less fortunate in our local communities. We encourage you to approach this holiday season with a spirit of gratitude and make a difference in the lives of those around youfrom co-workers to vendors to family members to friends to the strangers you pass on the street. A grateful heart is what the season is all about.

Texas Access to Justice
Traveling Coaches donates
a catalog of
CLASSe Briefs.
In an effort to improve the technology skills of the states legal aid providers, Traveling Coaches donated a catalog of CLASSe Briefs to the Texas Access to Justice Commission (ATJ). The CLASSe Briefs, valued at over $30,000 are short, interactive eLearning tools that help to rapidly develop legal-specific core competencies in Microsoft Office. The ATJ Commission sponsors free technology training for more than 300 Texas attorneys and staff that provide legal services to low-income clients. The ATJ Technology Committee, which includes the chief information officers of leading Texas law firms, created the ATJ Technology Training Program in 2007.

Excellence
We dedicate ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do. We work hard to exceed the expectations of our clients and reward the exceptional performance of our team members.
Traveling Coaches dedication to excellence is evident in everything we do. A recent example
was our partnership with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP when the firm migrated to Autonomy iManage and Office 2007. Our assignment was to assist with the education and support of the Firms 800 users to ensure rapid adoption of the new technology. Over the course of a year, Traveling Coaches and Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP project managers, instructors, service desk, and IT support staff developed and delivered a creative and comprehensive training program that ensured the project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
Because of our rapid conversion rate (800 of our users converted in the span of
three weeks) and the numerous changes in our new system, we knew that the ability of our floor support team to wow our users with their responsiveness and knowledge would determine the perceived success of our project. Traveling Coaches was the only legitimate choice for this mission critical task and they did not disappoint. The project absolutely could not have succeeded without Traveling Coaches, and I would recommend them to any firm that values the quality of the end user experience during a conversion. Brian J. Donato,
Vory, Sater, Seymour
and Pease LLP's Director of Information Technology.
