Traveling Coaches is always on the lookout for great stories about how law firms are leveraging technology and innovation to make learning more effective for their user community. Lida Pinkham, IT Trainer at Baker and Daniels, recently captured our attention through a tweet from an ASTD presentation regarding social media, so we had to find out more about Lida's online and real-life communities.
