Metadata Refiler
The Metadata Refiler for WorkSite is a COM add-in for the DeskSite and FileSite clients that allows a user to refile the Metadata of WorkSpaces, Folders, and documents as a separate operation.  The inherent WorkSite re-file process combines Security and Metadata in a single function.  This means that the re-file procedure will only take place if the user has been explicitly granted Full Access to the WorkSpace, Folder, or Document.  The Metadata Refiler intercepts native re-file and allows the Metadata refile operation to occur.
