Attendees will learn how to identify and understand different learning styles and then apply the appropriate type of training. This valuable class also includes how to deliver a specific technology to your staff, guidance on documentation and troubleshooting methods.
IT and Help Desk Consulting Because it is the IT and Help Desk staff to which the end-uers turn for support, these key positions must be confident with the technology and prepared to meet high expectations. They must know the applications better so they can render the support for which they are called upon to provide. With those goals in mind, we emphasize troubleshooting skills, offering training tailored to prepare your IT staff for their role in your new environment.
Microsoft Office 2007 Designed for Trainers, User Support Staff, Document Specialists and IT Staff, this course covers what is new and improved in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. The quick start design of the course will allow participants to get up to speed quickly and help them understand the benefits of the new interface and features.
