Job Summary:

Traveling Coaches seeks a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience working in the legal industry. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Communications Consultant

Job Summary:

Traveling Coaches is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Communications Consultant to join our growing team of user adoption and change management consultants. We work with some of the largest and most complex law firms in the world, providing strategic consulting around user adoption of new technology. The Communications Consultant will work with law firm IT departments and project teams to create a project communications plan and craft compelling messages that support Traveling Coaches methodology for change management and user adoption of Office 2010 and other new workflows and technologies.

Skills and qualities for success:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and polished in executive presentations and meeting facilitation
• Experience building out a communications plan for a large-scale IT deployment
• Skilled at gaining buy-in from all types of technology users in law firms
• Experience with law firm MS Office deployments
• Solid understanding of law firm politics and legal user needs and behaviors
• Experience in using SharePoint for project communications elements
• Creative thought process and marketing/sales-oriented
• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional
• Eager and able to travel
