This three-day workshop is designed to develop trainers into powerful instructors.  Attendees will learn how to identify and understand different learning styles and then apply the appropriate type of training.

Train to retain by using proven training techniques based on current adult learning theories.  Break down the training by using all the senses, both sides of the brain, visual, kinesthetic and auditory learning styles.

Learn how to control a classroom and deal with difficult students.  This program is an interactive training experience and includes videotaped teach-backs with critique by the group and the instructor.
