Parking
There are several parking lots in the immediate area of 1700 Pacific Avenue. Open lot parking is available at the northeast corner of the building, where Pacific, St. Paul and Live Oak intersect. The rate at that location is $7.00 per day.

Underground parking is available in the 1700 Pacific Garage located directly beneath our building. The garage entrance is located on Elm Street near the St. Paul intersection. The maximum daily rate for the 1700 Pacific Garage is $18.00.

Covered parking is also available in the Elm Street Garage which is located two blocks from our building. It offers sky bridge access to 1700 Pacific and a maximum daily rate of $12.00. The Elm Street Garage is bordered by Elm Street on the north, Harwood on the west, Main Street on the south, and Pearl on the east. Entrances are located on all four sides of the garage, and "Elm Street Garage" signs are posted above each entrance. (See "Directions from Elm Street Garage" below.)

Directions from Elm Street Garage to 1700 Pacific via Sky Bridge
The Elm Street Garage is bordered by Elm Street on the north, Harwood on the west, Main Street on the south, and Pearl on the east. Entrances are located on all four sides of the garage. "Elm Street Garage" signs are posted above each entrance into the garage.

Once parked inside the garage, elevator banks are located in the northwest corner and on the south side of the garage. Once inside the elevator, a sign will indicate to which level you should proceed in order to access the sky bridge.

           •Take garage elevator to the level which offers sky bridge access
           •Enter the sky bridge through glass doors at the west end of the garage
           •Cross Harwood Street via sky bridge (Hotel Indigo on left)
           •Follow overhead signage leading to 1700 Pacific Avenue
           •Cross Elm via sky bridge (Majestic Theater sign on right)
           •Proceed through glass doors
           •Veer to the left and go through glass doors
           •Cross St. Paul via sky bridge
           •Go through glass doors etched with "1700 Pacific"
           •Turn right and go down escalator leading to the lobby of 1700 Pacific
           •Exit the escalator and turn left toward the Concourse escalator (but do not take the Concourse
         escalator down)
           •Veer to the right of the Concourse escalator and proceed toward the security desk to reach the
         tenant elevator banks

Traveling Coaches is located on the 27th floor.
