What makes a training class great? How do you increase participation without making it mandatory? And how in the world do you get the learning to stick with your students? These are just a few of the questions that will be answered during this Vancouver Area Event planned by ILTA and presented by Traveling Coaches. From design to delivery of your training content, you are invited to learn how to take your training classes from good to great!
