From design to delivery, learn how to take your training classes from good to great.  Brie Stampe of Traveling Coaches, Inc. will share her insights as we explore:

• What makes a training class great;

• How long should training be;

• How much material can you and should you cover;

• How do you increase participation without making it required;

• How to get your learners involved and hooked on learning; and

• How to get learning to stick.
