Traveling Coaches again ranks among the best places to work

October 27, 2009 – For the second time, Traveling Coaches, the nationally recognized training, application integration and consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, was ranked among the “Best Places to Work” by the Dallas Business Journal.  Among thousands of north Texas businesses, Traveling Coaches ranked #20 on the prestigious 2009 list. Rankings were based on employee surveys administered by the Dallas Business Journal and Quantum Market Research.  Questions in the survey covered topics such as the company’s work environment, innovations/new ideas, people practices, personal growth and development opportunities, leadership in the organization and employee recognition. To be considered among the finalists, at least 85% of Traveling Coaches employees completed the survey.  Once the surveys were scored, companies had to earn a national best practice score for their category as determined by Quantum Workplace.  The national best practice score for the small business category (businesses with (10-99 Texas employees) was a score of 90 or above. Traveling Coaches scored 95.63 out of a possible 100 on the employee survey.
