Mintz Levin Purchases Traveling Coaches’ Office 2007 Rollout Kit

September 23, 2009 DALLAS, TX - Traveling Coaches, the nationally recognized training, application integration and consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, today announced that Boston-based Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, PC, has purchased Traveling Coaches’ Office 2007 Rollout Kit.

Traveling Coaches’ Office 2007 Rollout Kit is designed to address shrinking classroom training time while still educating user groups about the change and preparing them to work in the new software without interruption or productivity loss.  The kit has been used by more than 60 law firms to ensure rapid and complete user adoption of Office 2007.

“We selected the Traveling Coaches Office 2007 Rollout Kit as the cornerstone of our Office 2007 Training Plan.  The curriculum plans and documentation developed by Traveling Coaches will allow our training team to concentrate on training delivery” said William O’Neil, IT Manager - Help Desk and Training for Mintz Levin.  “With the different training plan options, we can tailor that delivery to the needs of particular offices.  In addition, the pre-learning modules in Captivate will augment the learning for attorneys by allowing them to obtain training at their convenience – which will be very well received” added O’Neil.

Traveling Coaches Office 2007 Rollout Kit includes a variety of marketing, pre-learning, classroom and floor support tools which are delivered in soft copy and are easily customized by the Firm.  Technology commercials, WOW! Sessions, learning plans, training plan calculator, eLearning briefs for preLearning, training guides, quick reference cards, FAQs, floor support logs and checklists as well as personal coaching plans are all included in the Rollout Kit.

“The migration to Office 2007 presents law firms with significant risk that user productivity will suffer if users do not fully embrace the new technology,” said Charlene LeMaire, Chief Learning Officer for Traveling Coaches.  “We developed the Rollout Kit to ensure complete user adoption by providing Firms with tools they can use before, during and after the deployment of Office 2007.”
