Traveling Coaches Announces New Leadership Team
SEPTEMBER 29, 2008, DALLAS, TX - Traveling Coaches, the nationally recognized training, application integration and consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, today announced the company has created a new Leadership Team to provide strategic direction to the company’s operations, business development and financial management.
Along with the three principals of Traveling Coaches, the new Leadership Team consists of three directors: Tracie Bedsole, Director of Finance; Joe Buser, Director of Business Development; and Todd Sons, Director of Operations. Tracie and Joe both joined Traveling Coaches in 2000 and have served as Accounting Manager and Sales Manager, respectively. As directors, their new roles are expanded to encompass a higher degree of strategic planning and overall leadership for the company.
Traveling Coaches welcomes Todd Sons, who joins the company as Director of Operations, bringing with him eight years of legal technology experience, six of which include legal technology management. Having served in upper technology management in the legal industry, Todd has direct knowledge and experience of major law firm technology initiatives and the planning and execution necessary to make them successful. Todd's vast experience makes him an ideal consultant to law firms, providing enriched project management, technology rollout planning and execution and user education and coaching strategies. Todd works with clients to design and deliver the big picture necessary to bring all technological aspects of a successful project together at once.
