WolfBlock Purchases Traveling Coaches CLASS and CLASSe

April 16, 2007 DALLAS, TX - Traveling Coaches, the nationally recognized training, application integration and consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, today announced that Philadelphia-based Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, LLP, has purchased Traveling Coaches CLASS and CLASSe content for the Firm’s on-going technology training program.

Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading CLASS (Continued Learning and Software Skills) program is a collection of high quality, modular, and legal specific technology training materials. Since its introduction three years ago, the wildly popular CLASS program has been implemented by over 100 law firms and corporate legal departments consisting of more than 42,000 users. As CLASS provides the materials for traditional classroom instruction, CLASSe facilitates a different style of training: just-in-time e-learning. A collection of short, interactive, online lessons called CLASSe Briefs, this program is ideal for busy attorneys and staff that need to learn how to accomplish specific tasks “on the fly.”

“We loved that Traveling Coaches had a wide variety of legal specific applications. It provided all levels for software which was great for us since we are implementing the second phase for one of our major software applications this spring where we plan to utilize CLASS and CLASSe materials,” said Natalie Alesi, WolfBlock Manager of Training and Curriculum Development. “In addition, it was important for WolfBlock to easily customize the materials for our environment and culture. Since the eLearning modules were developed in Captivate, they couldn’t be quicker or simpler to edit. In an industry where time is money, we can quickly customize an entire course by department or practice group without starting from scratch, truly meeting the needs and skill level of our audience. Ultimately, we can continue to provide up to date and continuous learning in a world where technology is ever changing.”

CLASS currently consists of 139 classroom modules covering topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools. The materials are customizable and designed to be used for university-style training programs. CLASSe Briefs are drawn from CLASS curriculum and offer the same high level of quality and consistency. By purchasing both products, WolfBlock will be able to provide end-users with a consistent training message through the instructor, reference materials and e-learning lessons.

“We are excited to add WolfBlock to our list of Philadelphia customers,” added Charlene LeMaire, Director of Training and User Support Services for Traveling Coaches. “We look forward to working with the firm to integrate CLASS and CLASSe into their on-going education program.”
