DALLAS, TEXAS - August 26, 2002: Dallas-based Traveling Coaches announced its partnership with Wertheim Inc. to support the company's document management and office automation solutions. This alliance authorizes Traveling Coaches to provide consulting, sales, implementation and training services on Wertheim's extensive suite of products.

Wertheim has assembled a robust set of tools to automate time consuming document management administration tasks while ensuring data integrity. These tools facilitate the synchronization of key data across multi-library systems, simplify the process of granting security to users, and provide an array of document management system administrative tasks.

The Wertheim suite of tools extends the native administrative capabilities of both DOCS and iManage document management systems. These tools include:

• WincTools which extends the native capabilities of DOCS by providing the capability to perform many additional administration functions;

• WincSync, a DOCS or iManage library maintenance tool that replicates data across multiple libraries;

• WincWall which applies customized document security based on a profile field without user intervention;

• WincArchive, a DOCS or iManage library maintenance utility that automates the replication of documents and projects across libraries;

• DHLink, a utility for linking DOCS Open and HotDocs;

• VLink which imports documents or email attachments into new versions of existing DOCS documents; and

• DMSSync, a utility to automate the synchronization of network users and groups with DOCS and DOCSFusion.

This partnership will expand Traveling Coaches' already diverse portfolio of information management tools and will be especially beneficial to the company's clients that currently utilize DOCS, DOCSFusion, and iManage document management products.
