Dallas, Texas - September 13, 2003:  Traveling Coaches announced its partnership with Dallas-based SS Solutions, makers of SupportSite help desk software. This alliance authorizes Traveling Coaches to provide SupportSite consulting, sales, training and implementation services. SupportSite is a browser-based application suite designed specifically to organize and facilitate the management tasks common to law firm IT departments. SupportSite enhances customer service and provides the knowledge management framework to increase productivity of employees at all skill levels. It offers enormous flexibility and ease of use, especially for firms with multiple locations. The web-based architecture has numerous advantages including global accessibility and the ability to scale to support large numbers of users. SupportSite is simple to implement and maintain because users access the application via a web browser, eliminating the need to load executable software on the desktop. SupportSite manages many different types of IT metadata including work orders, notes, documentation, training programs, customer alerts, calendar events, servers, customer information and more. This partnership further expands Traveling Coaches’ already diverse portfolio of information management tools and will be especially beneficial to firms that use the CLASS™ training program. CLASS™ is a legal-specific, hands-on training program designed to teach legal users how to get the most out of desktop tools. The SupportSite Learning Management Module schedules training events and tracks attendance and credit hours for both single and multi-day training courses, while managing course naming conventions and prerequisites. SupportSite generates attendance reports, “report cards” by user which can be shared with other departments and even prints training certificates.
