Dallas, Texas - April 14, 2003: Traveling Coaches, Inc. has just released a collection of modular training programs known as Continued Learning and Software Skills or CLASS. Renowned in the legal industry as a top provider of application training services, Traveling Coaches has responded to the growing demand among law firms for a training product that can be brought in-house and used effectively for a variety of internal purposes. CLASS is a legal-specific, hands-on training program designed to teach legal users how to get the most out of their desktop tools. It provides solutions for firms looking for a firm-wide training program, single practice area or new hire training, as well as feature specific reinforcement. With CLASS, Traveling Coaches offers a product that provides the legal-specific content along with the flexibility of a modular format. Each course offered within
CLASS is composed of short, one and a half hour modules. These modules can therefore be scheduled and attended with the least amount of work disruption, or they can be scheduled back-to-back for concentrated, firm-wide or new hire training. As stated by Charlene Traynor, co-owner and Director of Training for
Traveling Coaches, CLASS is extremely cost effective in that it provides a complete training package. In addition to the training guide, each module includes CLASS Notes (Quick Reference Card); independent, legal specific exercises along with an answer key; training outline; PowerPoint introduction and review; sign-in sheet; and a course evaluation. It would literally consume countless hours and tremendous sums of money for an organization to create an internal training program as complete and as of high a caliber as CLASS. Delivered in soft copy to the client, CLASS provides quality components with the flexibility to customize their contents, including headers, footers, and screen shots so the Best Practices and identity of the firm are truly reflected. In addition, the site license, which belongs to the client, allows for the reproduction of its contents as often and for as many employees as needed. CLASS offers courses on a wide variety of desktop applications commonly used in law firms, including the Microsoft products of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additional CLASS topics include Hummingbird DM; iManage DeskSite, WorkDocs, WorkTeam and FileSite; SoftWise MacroSuite, NumberingSuite, Innova, Sequentia and Out of Sight; Microsystems DocXstyles; Levit & James Stylizer and Workshare Technology Deltaview. Traveling Coaches is a nationally recognized provider of training, integration and consulting services. The company was founded in 1995 as a 100% women-owned business by Gina DeMas Buser, Linda Miller, and Charlene Traynor. By combining their expertise in information technology, they have successfully designed a full-service approach to software and hardware services that extends from the IT professional to the end-user. This approach has proven to be extremely effective as evidenced by a solid base of satisfied legal and corporate clients. As a full-service provider of technology solutions, Traveling Coaches works closely with a variety of solution providers including Hummingbird, iManage, Interface Software, Levit & James, LexisNexis, Microsoft, Microsystems, NetIQ, Novell, Payne Consulting, Scriptlogic, SoftWise, Wertheim, and Workshare Technology.. |
