Traveling Coaches Announces Strategic Growth with the Addition of New Team Members

July 11, 2011, DALLAS, TX - Traveling Coaches, the nationally recognized training, application configuration and user adoption consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, is pleased to announce strategic growth with the addition of five new members to their team of experienced coaches and professional support staff.

Mandy Outlaw joins the company as Learning Development Specialist. Mandy comes with over 10 years’ experience in training, relationship building and customer service. She is an expert customer service specialist, eLearning developer and trainer helping law firms maximize their return on investment by providing custom eLearning content.

Ryann Zeller has been hired as Account Manager to assist existing clients with product and account renewals, and to ensure Traveling Coaches valued CLASSclub customers are maximizing their benefits and privileges of membership. Ryan has eight years of Sales experience and is passionate about customer satisfaction. She holds a Master of Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University and a B.S. in Interior Design.

Amy Nichols has been hired as Account Executive for the Northeast territory. Amy brings over 10 years’ experience in the area of technology sales, advertising and sales management. She is an expert in building relationships and consulting with her clients to help them define their goals, understand their strategies and execute plans that produce results. Amy has a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis on Advertising, minoring in Music from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Paula Anderson comes to the organization as a Learning Development Specialist and brings with her over 18 years’ experience in training, instructional systems development and performance support. In the last nine years, Paula spent time in both the IT and HR departments of a law firm where she was a Learning and Performance Specialist. In addition to providing instructional interventions to close technology skills gaps, she developed core competencies for secretaries and paralegals, conducted skill assessments on the firm's staff members and initiated the use of online performance support. Paula holds an M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a B.B.A. in MIS from Loyola University Chicago.

Jerah Hutchins joins Traveling Coaches as Recruiter/Resource Coordinator. Bringing five years of experience in recruitment and staffing to the Traveling Coaches team, Jerah’s objectives are to locate and retain talented resources for our multitude of client projects. Jerah works hand in hand with the Traveling Coaches Project Managers in pairing the best resources with the most suited projects. Jerah has a B.S. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
