Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading CLASS (Continued Learning and Software Skills) program is a collection of modular, legal specific and customizable technology training materials.  Since its introduction six years ago, the popular CLASS program has been implemented by over 220 law firms and corporate legal departments consisting of more than 100,000 users.  As CLASS provides the materials for traditional classroom instruction, CLASSe facilitates a different style of training: just-in-time eLearning.  A collection of short, interactive, online lessons called CLASSe Briefs, this program is ideal for busy attorneys and staff who need to learn how to accomplish specific tasks “on the fly.”

The project team, composed of members from Traveling Coaches and Stites & Harbison, will leverage materials and best practices from the Traveling Coaches’ renowned Office 2010 User Adoption Materials. The Office 2010 User Adoption Materials are a collection of communications, project marketing, e-learning, classroom and floor support tools which are legal-specific and delivered in soft copy for easy customization by law firms. While the project team will customize the materials and communication pieces to fit the specifics of Stites & Harbison’s project, the Firm will avoid the cost and time associated with developing these tools from scratch.

CLASS currently consists of 303 classroom modules and CLASSe includes over 1,980 eLearning lessons, both products covering topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools.  The materials are customizable and designed to be used for university-style training programs.  CLASSe Briefs are drawn from CLASS curriculum and offer the same high level of quality and consistency.  By purchasing both products, Stites & Harbison will provide end-users with a consistent training message through the instructor, reference materials and eLearning lessons.
