Happy Fall y’all! I can’t deny that I love the arrival of Spring, but for as long as I can remember, Fall has been my favorite time of year. On the official first day of Fall, I experienced an immediate mind shift, a pep in my step, and an internal happiness that is difficult to put into words. It is the crisp mornings and chilly evenings, the splendid smells and flavors, and the excitement of tailgating and touchdowns. I love the colors, the holidays, the memories ─ it's all so magical to me.
Change is all around us, and it's deliciously intoxicating. Though many people think of the New Year as a time to make resolutions, I've always thought of Fall as a great time to change things up. As a kid, a teacher and a mother, Fall was the new (school) year. After years and years of getting used to this idea, my internal clock tells me that Fall is a time for new beginnings.
Since October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time to make resolutions that include ramping up your security awareness program (or initiating one). Throughout the month, I will share a little Fall inspiration as I explore ways to give your program a boost. Here’s the lineup to come:
