Traveling Coaches is a woman-owned company with a vibrant culture, and we are looking for a confident Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This role requires extreme precision, discretion and resourcefulness. For consideration, all applicants must take our survey and submit a resume.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for CEO with clients and vendor partners

  • Proactively manage CEO’s world – from strategic complex projects to day-to-day

  • Gather and format information for internal and external communications, including emails, presentations and reports, using the MS Office suite

  • Travel as needed with the CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a natural eye towards what drives the business

  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a healthy culture

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Proficient MS Office skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
