To assist with these efforts, Traveling Coaches is seeking an experienced Recruiting and Resource Coordinator to develop and maintain a large pool of resources for current and future projects. Resources may include full-time company employees, law firm trainers, and technical writers located across the globe. Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Drafting advertisements for open positions and working with staff to post and promote

  • Interviewing potential resources

  • Verifying references

  • Administering skills assessments

  • Delivering resource orientations

  • Scheduling knowledge transfer and other resource preparation sessions

Resource Management

  • Tracking and reporting resource availability to Project Managers

  • Coordinating training and certification preparation and testing

  • Developing and maintaining resource database of education, certification, skills, locations, history, travel and other data

  • Maintaining relationships

  • Monitoring progress in credentialing program

  • Maintaining resource calendars



To qualify, you must have…

  • Resource management experience

  • Excellent telephone skills

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent references



Though not necessary, it would be nice if you…

  • Have experience as a recruiter

  • Have been a law firm technology trainer

  • Have a technical background

  • Have database experience
