Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Training Specialist (Client Facing Training Manager), you will:

  • Lead operational program coordination, training management, administrative oversight, coordination and alignment with Firm contacts responsible for Practice Enablement
  • Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including use of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms.
  • Coordinate the training program and scheduling management for all offices
  • Ensure coordination of coverage plans for trainer absences to ensure business continuity
  • Regular reporting to, and meeting with client leadership
  • Performance tracking and user satisfaction monitoring
  • Training needs assessment and capacity planning
  • Administrative oversight and coordination during enterprise projects
  • Share industry insights and evolving best practices client leadership
  • Comprehensive program reporting (i.e., Monthly reports on utilization rates, satisfaction scores, completion rates by office/practice group, feedback summaries, annual program evaluation with competitive benchmarking, etc)
  • Promote an innovative approach to adult learning always seeking new and creative ways to engage learners and increase adoption of the learning tools and program.
  • Maintain an upbeat, professional attitude focused on excellent customer experience.
  • Work with and support direct reports in accomplishing goals and professional development.
  • Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, etc.
  • Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education
  • 2-4 years’ experience in people management experience required
  • Experience with generative AI is required
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience in public speaking
  • Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
  • Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal
