Virtual Trainer

We are looking for someone to work out of our Plano office who has the following characteristics:

Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Trainer, you will:

  • Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Adobe Connect.

  • Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.

  • Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.

  • Maintain an up-beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.

  • Assist with various administrative tasks.

  • Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field

  • 1-2 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education

  • Strong written and oral communications skills

  • Experienced in public speaking

  • High tolerance for repetitive tasks

  • Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
