From a Cocktail Napkin to the Inc 5000

 

Our story began in 1995 at a restaurant in Texas when the idea to create Traveling Coaches was sketched on the back of a napkin. From the beginning, our founders shared a vision of the future and the courage to go out and grab it.

We are an incubator for thought leadership in the areas of talent development and organizational change. Much more than just a training company, we are a strategic partner to our clients, consulting them on ways to dramatically increase performance and navigate technological change. As law firms continue to evolve, so do Traveling Coaches innovative approaches to learning and user adoption.
