Who We Are

Our Story

Since 1995, Traveling Coaches has been a pioneer in talent development and organizational change within the legal industry. The vision to start the company came from our founders’ passion for developing people and creating ways to navigate large-scale change in a meaningful way. That idea germinated to incredible success and growth in the legal industry for Traveling Coaches and its clients.

Traveling Coaches began first focusing on Dallas-based law firms. Within a few years, the company had clientele across Texas and the surrounding states. Today, we work with the largest law firms in the US, many of which have a global presence.

As law firms evolve, and the requirements for technology and employee development expand, so must our approaches to learning and user adoption. To address these ever-changing needs, Traveling Coaches created a Customer Advisory Board composed of law firm leaders committed to identifying and prioritizing legal industry pain points so that we can provide cutting-edge solutions that keep you ahead of the curve.

We go beyond traditional training. We are strategic partners to our clients, offering invaluable insights and consulting expertise. Our goal is to empower law firms to achieve remarkable performance improvements and navigate the ever-changing landscape of technology.

Generosity is deeply ingrained in our core values. We firmly believe that it is both an honor and a duty to share our talents, time, and resources for the betterment of others. To actively demonstrate this core belief, we have established an annual company goal, urging our team members to “Give. Go. Do.” during both their work hours and personal time. As a result, our passionate Traveling Coaches employees collectively donate well over 1,500 service hours per year. By partnering with numerous local and global charities, we have successfully influenced over $400,000 in monetary donations. Together, we create positive change and impact countless lives.

We support organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, North Texas Food Bank, Salvation Army, and many others.
