We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm and be familiar with various legal software applications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can follow set processes and directions efficiently. If this sounds like you, Traveling Coaches is looking for you.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a technical writer or technical trainer.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a law firm.
Proficiency with legal software applications and an understanding of the legal industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set processes and directions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with documentation tools and software such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and document management systems.
Experience with eLearning tools and creating digital training content.
Knowledge of instructional design principles.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
